By placing your order you agree upon and accept our current ship time. We reserve the right to change and or modify our current ship times at any time. The Freedom Girls.com is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once shipped. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Ship time will depend on size of order, our current work load, and availability of the items ordered. Small orders are often shipped same day. Larger orders may take 10 days or more depending on size of order. Please email us before you place an order if you have an exact date that you need the products by and we will email you back letting you know if we can accommodate your request. Most of our products are made to order. Please be aware that if you place an order and expect it to be there on time for an event and do not notify us, we are not at fault. We ship via USPS mail. Once we package and ship your order you will receive an email notifying you that your product has been shipped. We are located in Utah, most packages shouldn't take long to arrive but we have to make sure to give you the worst case cenario.

Because we make the products to order, we cannot accept returns. All products are sold as is and non returnable.
